I honestly don't know how we were so lucky. . .
Look at this wonderful indexing batch Tom pulled up! He was kind enough to let me do the work. My Great Grandpa Chadwick is named James Adam Chadwick (listed Jas. A on this form). His wife is Minnie.

And then, my grandparents: Kenneth and Audene Porter (James and Minnie's daughter):
He also got 8 other batches from the ward I grew up in. It was such a lucky download! I got to type in names of parents and step parents of childhood friends, a former bishop and bishopric counselors, hometeachers, parents of some of my Primary/YW leaders, a former dentist, former landlord, a piano teacher's father, lunch ladies, women who we delivered goodies and caroled to at Christmastime, the grandpa and great grandpa of someone in my current ward and even President Benson's brother's family. So much fun!
In my Family Search cue, I was lucky enough to get 10 batches of the ward my mom grew up in. I let Tom do those. We knew a fair number of names, but missed my maternal great grandparents by 2 batches (the previous image on the first batch were neighbors to my great grandparents); but given our luck, I tried not to be too disappointed.
Now we are back to regular indexing where we don't know anyone and can't always tell as easily what the names say! (or can text my parents to help translate!)

Wow! How cool is that! Ellie and I both oohed over it!
We had stake conference this weekend and our stake announced we will be having an indexing marathon! I haven't tried indexing yet, but your posts have been helpful and inspiring. I think I'm ready to go at it! :)
